- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, diced apple, and chopped celery.
- Add Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Spread the chicken apple salad onto two slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices.
- Cut in half and serve.
