Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Dredge skewers in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the skewers until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
