- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until chicken is browned.
- Add spinach and cooked rice to the skillet. Stir until spinach wilts.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and mix well.
- Serve hot.
