- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Brown the chicken thighs in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.

- Use fresh or packed sun-dried tomatoes.
- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
