- 1 package stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix with chicken broth and set aside.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Spread cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper on top.
- Top with the prepared stuffing mix.
- If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
