Ranch Chicken Tacos Instant Pot: 5-Minute Flavor Explosion

These ranch chicken tacos are quick and easy to make in an Instant Pot. Perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add chicken broth to the pot.
  4. Seal the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  5. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  7. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  8. Assemble tacos with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
