- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add chicken broth to the pot.
- Seal the lid and set to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite salsa.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
