- Chicken – 2 lbs
- Rice – 1 cup
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Onion – 1 medium
- Bell peppers – 2
- Spices – to taste
- Vegetables – 3 cups
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.
- Add bell peppers and cook until soft.
- Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish.
- Add vegetables and chicken on top.
- Pour in water and cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
