Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.
  4. Add bell peppers and cook until soft.
  5. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
  6. Transfer everything to a baking dish.
