- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Use your favorite barbecue sauce for variety.
- Adjust cooking time based on grill temperature.
