Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the Dijon glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
