Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down.
  6. Cook for 2-3 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
  7. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  8. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
  • Feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • For more flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
