Ingredients

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down.
- Cook for 2-3 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
- Feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce.
- For more flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
