- 4 medium-sized potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the fries on a baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the steaks with the fries on the side.
