Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- While steaks are cooking, toss the fries with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve steaks with fries on the side.
