- 200g beef, sliced
- 150g noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
