Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 package pie crusts (2 crusts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Place one pie crust in a pie dish.
  4. Fill the crust with the blueberry mixture.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
