Ingredients

  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the casings using a sausage stuffer.
  5. Twist sausages into links and tie ends.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cooking.
  7. Grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
