- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 sandwich rolls
- Barbecue sauce (to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the brisket in a baking dish and pour beef broth over it.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the brisket and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Slice the brisket thinly against the grain.
- Assemble sandwiches with brisket, barbecue sauce, and pickles on rolls.
