Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form beef into 4 patties.
- Grill patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Add cheese slices during the last minute of grilling.
- Toast hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
