- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large pot, combine the pork shoulder, onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover the pot and transfer it to the oven.
- Cook for about 3 hours, or until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork from the pot and shred it with two forks.
- Spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm in tortillas or as desired.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
