- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large roasting pan, place the pork shoulder and add onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the pork.
- Cover the pan with foil and cook in the oven for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the pork is tender and begins to brown.
- Shred the pork with two forks and serve with tortillas.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for longer storage.
