Ingredients

  • 1 cedar plank
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Instructions

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill for 3-5 minutes until it starts to smoke.
