- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Place cheese slices on patties during the last minute of grilling.
- Toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Serve hot.
