- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, and pasta to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

- Top with extra cheese if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
