- 8 oz fettuccine
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce.
- Serve immediately with extra parmesan if desired.

- Use grilled chicken for added flavor.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Garnish with parsley for freshness.
