Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken and vegetables to the bowl. Toss to coat.
  4. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Ensure chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • You can use any vegetables you prefer.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
