Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth, cooked chicken, thyme, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove bay leaf before serving.
