Ingredients

Instructions
- Place the chicken in a large pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Cook for about 1 hour, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred the meat, and return it to the pot.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley before serving.
