Instructions
- Marinate chicken with shawarma spice mix and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Warm pita breads in a separate pan.
- Assemble wraps by placing chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tahini sauce in each pita.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
