Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Fold in flour and salt until combined.
  7. Pour batter into prepared ramekins.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm.
  9. Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
