Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together oil and eggs.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- Fold in grated carrots, pineapple, walnuts, and raisins.
- Pour the batter into greased cake pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool completely before frosting.
