Instructions

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  5. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff rice with a fork and mix in lime zest and cilantro, if using.
