Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add diced chicken, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in rice and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Stir in frozen peas, cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
