Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let puffs cool on a wire rack.
  9. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  10. Fill cooled puffs with whipped cream.
  11. Melt chocolate and drizzle over filled puffs.
