- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving for best flavor.
