Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  4. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  7. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

Notes

  • Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving for best flavor.
