- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Spread half of the beef mixture over the chips.
- Add half of the salsa and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Top with sour cream or avocado if desired.
- Can substitute ground turkey or chicken.
- Use gluten-free chips for a gluten-free option.
