Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill corn for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture over grilled corn.
  5. Sprinkle cotija cheese and chili powder on top.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
