- Fresh pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and herbs.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, radishes, parsley, mint, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Add the toasted pita bread just before serving.
