Instructions
- Shred the cabbage finely.

- Pack the mixture into a jar, pressing down to release juices.
- Add water to cover the cabbage.
- Seal the jar and leave it at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.
- Taste the ferment and refrigerate when desired flavor is reached.
