Ingredients

- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, salt, and rosemary.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill steak for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on desired doneness.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
