  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Add beef broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  8. Stir in Gruyère cheese until melted.
