- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup garlic chives, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Add garlic chives and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
