- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
- Fold in shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the first layer of cake and pour sweetened condensed milk on top.
- Add the second layer and repeat with caramel and chocolate chips.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be topped with whipped cream if desired.
- Adjust the caramel quantity according to your sweetness preference.
