- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Thin Mints
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
- Fold in crushed Thin Mints.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting over the cooled cake.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add mint extract to the frosting.
- Store the cake in the refrigerator.
