- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Thin Mints
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed Thin Mints.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Frost the cake with chocolate frosting.
- Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
