A classic homemade granola recipe that is easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine honey (or maple syrup), oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  8. Add dried fruit and mix well.
  9. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Customize with your favorite nuts and fruits.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
  • Can be eaten as a snack or with yogurt.
