Ingredients

  • 6 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Soak the corn in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  3. Remove the corn from water and pat dry.
  4. Brush the corn with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
