- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
- Place the steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
