Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 pound pork fat
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • Hot dog buns
  • Your choice of toppings (mustard, ketchup, onions, relish)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef and pork fat in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Blend in ice water until mixture is smooth.
  4. Stuff the mixture into hot dog casings.
  5. Cook on a grill or in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve in buns with your choice of toppings.
