- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
