Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix the paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
  5. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
  6. During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, wrap ribs in foil for the first hour of grilling.
  • Adjust spices according to your taste.
  • Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
