- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix the paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, wrap ribs in foil for the first hour of grilling.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
