- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush BBQ sauce on the ribs.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
