  • 2 racks of pork ribs

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping occasionally.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, brush BBQ sauce on the ribs.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
